Jackie has counseled individuals from different walks of life including healthcare workers, therapists, first responders, teachers, attorneys, business owners, high school and college age students, ministers and missionaries. She also has extensive experience working with non-profits in which she helped human trafficking victims, homeless individuals, refugee children, and inmates. Jackie earned her Masters of Social Work from Barry University in December 2013, has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2016 and a Qualified Supervisor for registered clinical social work interns since 2019.

Jackie is unable to accept clients seeking therapy for these purposes due to it being outside of her scope of practice:

• Disability claims of any kind

• Leave of absence from work

• Court mandated treatment

Treatment Documentation Rate

• For established patients requesting a summary of their treatment, a fee of $25 applies. The treatment summary provides the number of sessions completed, a diagnosis (if billing through insurance), goals and objectives, and progress made.
